Ruth's Story

As a child, I was called the "little lucky piece." My family would ask me which horses to bet on, and I would predict the winners. I hadn't thought of myself as psychic until I was in college, and a friend informed me that, in fact, I was.

To me, it was just the way things were. My family accepted and encouraged my gift, as generations before me had wielded the same abilities. It wasn't something we labeled. It was simply the way some of us were. Some grandmothers knitted sweaters. My grandmother performed spiritual card readings for people in her home.

Blessed with a mind that worked in ways that bewildered and captivated those around me, I shared the spiritual gift that had been born into me, and developed that gift further through study, personal mediation and innovative living.
